Please read these terms carefully before using our diagnostic services. By booking with us you agree to the following terms.

Agreement Between You and Hopewell Diagnostics
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at https://www.hopewelldiagnostics.com and all services provided by Hopewell Diagnostic & Collection Center, located at Plot No 2, Near Karbala Masjid, Opp. Raza Medical, Bhim Wadhi, Bhim Nagar, Govandi East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400043.
Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing or using our website, booking any diagnostic test, or availing home sample collection services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
- If you are booking on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have their consent and authority to do so.
- These terms apply to all visitors, users, patients, and anyone who accesses or uses our services.
- We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Our Services
- Diagnostic Testing: Hopewell Diagnostic & Collection Center facilitates booking of blood tests, urine tests, health packages, and other pathology services through NABL-accredited partner laboratories.
- Home Sample Collection: We provide home collection services in select areas of Mumbai. Availability is subject to pincode coverage and slot availability.
- Partner Laboratories: Tests are processed by our partner labs including Agilus Diagnostics, Metropolis, Thyrocare, Dr. Lal PathLabs, and General Diagnostics. Report quality and turnaround time are governed by the respective lab's standards.
- Reports & Results: Test reports are delivered digitally via WhatsApp/email or through the partner lab's patient portal. We do not interpret test results — please consult a qualified physician for medical advice.
Payments & Pricing
- All prices displayed on our website are indicative and subject to change without prior notice.
- Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking based on applicable lab rates, promotional discounts, and GST.
- Payments may be made in cash to the phlebotomist at the time of sample collection, or via digital payment methods as applicable.
- Prices for promotional packages are valid only for the offer period and cannot be combined with other discounts.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations: You may cancel your booking at least 2 hours before the scheduled home collection appointment without any charge.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment may attract a convenience fee.
- Refunds: Refunds for advance payments (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
- Missed Appointments: If our phlebotomist arrives and sample collection cannot be completed due to patient unavailability, a rescheduling fee may apply.
- To cancel or reschedule, contact us on WhatsApp or phone at least 2 hours prior.
Limitations & Disclaimers
- Hopewell Diagnostic & Collection Center acts as a collection and booking facilitator. We are not a licensed medical facility or hospital.
- Test reports are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of information on our website. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
- We are not liable for any delay in report delivery caused by the partner laboratory or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Our maximum liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific test or service in question.
User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate personal and medical information when booking. Incorrect information may affect test results and report accuracy.
- You are responsible for following fasting or preparation instructions communicated to you at the time of booking.
- You must not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
- You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, data, or the data of other users.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
